This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled for purchases made through the HIGH NRGY App and Services.
1. General Principles
HIGH NRGY offers digital memberships and may offer digital content and event access (e.g., "Circles"). Because many offerings are delivered immediately and/or are time-sensitive, refunds are limited except where required by law or described below.
2. Memberships (Inner Circle)
You can cancel your membership at any time via the App (if enabled), or by emailing support.
Cancellation stops future renewals. You will typically retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Unless required by law, membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged, including partial billing periods, unused time, and missed usage.
Exception (Goodwill / Mistakes): We may provide a refund at our discretion in cases like accidental duplicate charges or technical errors. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
3. One-Time Purchases (Tickets, Special Circles, Paid Experiences)
Tickets are refundable if you request a refund at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the event. After that window, tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is canceled or rescheduled by us.
If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund, or an alternative remedy (e.g., credit or reschedule) where appropriate.
If an event is rescheduled and you can't attend, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the reschedule notice and at least 24 hours before the new start time.
4. Digital Content & Replays
Some offerings may include instant access to digital content (e.g., replays, journey packs, downloads).
Unless required by law, digital content purchases are generally non-refundable once access is granted or content is viewed/started/downloaded.
5. Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your bank/card issuer, we may temporarily suspend access to paid features while the dispute is investigated.
Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.
7. How to Request a Refund
Include: account email, what you purchased, date/time of purchase, reason for request.
8. Jurisdiction & Mandatory Consumer Rights
This Policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
